Vision International School recently hosted Vision Vibes 2024, a two-day literary fest that
blended culture, creativity, and intellect. Inaugurated by our esteemed Principal, Ma’am, the
event witnessed enthusiastic participation across various competitions, making it an
unforgettable experience. Each day began with a mesmerizing cultural performance.
The first day, themed Leela of Krishna, featured soulful dance and music, while the second day
showcased India’s folk traditions with vibrant performances from Bengal, Assam,
Maharashtra, and Gujarat. The fest included a variety of literary events, from word games
and crossword puzzles to storytelling competitions like Spinning the Yarn. Unique contests
such as Boi Cheno Cinema Te, where participants identified books based on movie clips, and
Golpo Ache Sutro Majhe, a literary treasure hunt, added to the excitement. The one-act play
on resilience, a debate on digitalisation, a newly introduced filmmaking event, and an intense
slam poetry competition further enriched the experience. With Sigma emerging as the overall
winner, Vision Vibes 2024 was more than just a competition—it was a vibrant celebration of
language, creativity, and teamwork, leaving participants inspired and eager for next year’s
edition.
